Description: Emelie Gould of the New York State Historic Preservation Office will host a workshop for Historic Homeowners Tax Credits in the Chapel on St. Lawrence Avenu accross from the Thousand Island Park Landmark Society 42831 St. Lawrence Avenue Thousand Island Park, NY 13692.

The New York State Historic Homeowners Tax Credit program will cover 20% of qualified rehabilitation costs of owner occupied historic houses, up to a credit value of $50,000. The property must be either individually listed in the National Register of Historic Places or a contributing structure in a listed historic district.
